Yes! The Chelsea studio includes one Nanlite FS-300B continuous light (no trigger required), with a 4.5’ Godox Octabox for super soft and beautiful light. The studio light and modifier are set up and ready to go on a rolling c-stand for maximum support and ease of use.

The Chelsea studio offers a growing selection of available props, including stools, chairs, coffee table, a couch, and two pull-down paper backdrops.

Certainly, the Chelsea studio space is open to pets.

We kindly request that pets avoid the light-colored furniture, and we appreciate ensuring their paws are clean prior to entering the studio. Please note that a pet fee of $20 including GST. Pet Fee should be selected at the time of booking under “add-ons”. Your understanding is greatly valued.

You may park in the designated White Space Studios spot on the east side of the building. (last spot along the building) Additionally, you are welcome to find street parking.

You’ll need they key fob to enter the building. The lockbox is located on the east side of the Warehouse Plaza on a chain link fenced area attached to the building. Access to the lockbox will be granted through a designated code provided to you.

Similarly, for entry into the studio an individual keypad code will be allocated to you, exclusively applicable during your designated studio rental duration.
