      Unfortunately not. The studios are located on the second floor, and there is no elevator access.

      There is no elevator in the building however the studio is located on the second floor and is one flight of stairs up.

      Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance will have 90 days to rebook for another time. Please note that no refunds for fees already paid will be given. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental are forfeited.

      The studios do not have any plumbing facilities on site. However, the Soho studio is equipped with a mini fridge where you can store drinks or snacks for your convenience. Shared washroom facilities are located nearby on the 2nd floor, close to the stairs, providing easy access for all guests.

      You are permitted to have food and beverages within the designated space. However, we kindly request that you take responsibility for disposing of any garbage and waste generated during your stay, as well as promptly addressing any spills that may occur. Should the studios require supplementary cleaning beyond the standard upkeep, a cleaning fee of $100 will be levied and invoiced subsequent to the rental period.

      The studios offers high-speed internet connectivity, and the corresponding password will be shared with you upon confirmation of your booking.

      Paid street parking is available from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. For longer durations, convenient all-day parking lots are situated nearby. Additionally, if your booking falls on a Sunday, you'll enjoy the benefit of complimentary parking.

      Access to the building will be granted through a designated code provided to you. Please ensure that this code is exclusively shared with you and your invited guests, refraining from any public distribution. Similarly, for entry into the studios, an individual keypad code will be allocated to you, exclusively applicable during your designated studio rental duration.

      Certainly, the SoHo studio space is open to pets, however the Brooklyn is not! Nonetheless, we kindly request that pets avoid the light-colored furniture, and we appreciate ensuring their paws are clean prior to entering the studio. Please note that a pet fee of $20 including GST. Pet Fee should be selected at the time of booking under “add-ons”. Your understanding is greatly valued.

      Absolutely, you're welcome to bring in your equipment. We do, however, kindly request that you exercise caution to prevent any damage to the flooring and furniture.

      The Soho has expansive windows offering dual exposure to the south and west. The lighting dynamics vary across the year, with the spring and summer seasons showcasing a profusion of sunlight streaming in from the south during the late morning hours. As the day progresses, the studio becomes fully illuminated in the afternoon, and the golden hour further accentuates the space with its warm, radiant light. The Brooklyn, has east and south-facing windows receiving soft, golden morning light from the east and bright, consistent sunlight from the south throughout the day. Mornings feel calm and warm, while midday to afternoon brings strong, energizing light that fills the space. As the sun shifts westward, the light softens, creating a dynamic and sun-filled atmosphere ideal for natural illumination

      Indeed, the furniture is at your disposal for use. In the event that any damage occurs to the furniture, encompassing spills, tears, or holes, an additional fee will be incurred to cover the necessary repairs. Your mindfulness in this regard is greatly appreciated.

      The Soho studio offers a growing selection of available props, including stools, chairs, coffee table, a couch, apple boxes, a fan, and a double-sided movable wall. There is also a large table suitable for makeup application, snack breaks, or as a workspace. The Brooklyn studio features an increasing variety of accessible props, currently including chairs, coffee table, a couch, and three pull-down paper backdrops.
